PRO-impact and ONE-impact lines
Industrial blast cabinets
An industrial blast cabinet is a hand blast cabinet: the operator blasts through gloves, the part stays inside and the abrasive returns into circulation through a recovery unit. Phibo supplies eleven sizes in two lines, PRO-impact and ONE-impact.
- Surface treatment specialist since 1988
- Built to the applicable CE standards
- Abrasives and blasting accessories in our own warehouse
- Maintenance, repair and spare parts arranged directly with Phibo

Every size side by side
Which size fits your part
Eleven cabinet sizes, from a blast chamber 80 cm wide to one of 2.5 metres. The part has to pass through the door opening, and that sets the maximum height of what you can load, not the height of the chamber. Send us the dimensions and the weight of your part and we will tell you which size and which version you need.

Approximate values from the technical data sheets. The Duo versions have the same blast chamber as the ONE 1310 and the ONE 1313. Where the door opening is not in the data sheet, we state it in the quote. Further down you get all the specifications per line: one table for the five PRO sizes together, and a separate table for the PRO 0806/2, for each ONE size and for the ECO cabinet.
The two versions
Suction or pressure blasting, version S or P
Every cabinet comes in two versions. In the suction version, version S for suction, compressed air draws the abrasive into the gun itself: a simple build, and plenty for work that does not run all day. In the pressure version, version P for pressure, the abrasive is pressurised in a blast pot and pushed through the hose to the nozzle. That gives an abrasive stream of 150 to 250 metres per second against 60 to 100, and up to three times the output. If you blast every day, or have to take off a stubborn layer, you choose P. If you clean a part now and then, S will do. Only the ECO cabinet comes in the suction version alone.
Version S
Suction blasting
The abrasive is drawn in a metered flow from the collector and accelerated with compressed air at the gun. The right choice if blasting is not a continuous activity and cleaning speed is not decisive.
- speed of the abrasive stream
- 60 to 100 m/s
- nozzle on the hand blast gun
- Ø 8 mm
Version P
Pressure blasting
The abrasive is pressurised in a blast pot and pushed to the nozzle. A dosing device sets the feed precisely. Recommended for continuous use, where output matters.
- speed of the abrasive stream
- 150 to 250 m/s
- higher productivity
- up to 3 times

How to choose between S and P
| Feature | Suction system (S) | Pressure system (P) |
|---|---|---|
| Speed of the abrasive stream | 60 to 100 m/sec | 150 to 250 m/sec |
| Productivity | the baseline | up to three times higher |
| Recommended for | blasting that is not a continuous activity | continuous use, where output matters |
| Abrasive feed | drawn in a metered flow from the collector | pressurised in a blast pot: 35 l on the PRO line, 20 or 40 l on the ONE line |
| Acceleration | with compressed air, at the gun | by the pressure in the pot, set with a dosing device |
| Blast nozzle | Ø 8 mm on the hand blast gun | diameter to suit the available compressed air flow |
| Switching abrasive | additional abrasive vessels possible | not provided |
Swipe the table to the left to see all columns.
The speeds and the output come from the technical data sheet of the PRO-impact cabinets. Every cabinet on this page comes in both versions, except the ECO cabinet, which is suction only.

The ONE-impact line
Compact cabinets you set down and connect
Next to the modular PRO-impact cabinets there is a second line. On the ONE-impact cabinets the blast chamber, the cyclone recovery and the cartridge filter sit in the same frame. You set it in place, connect compressed air and power, and you blast. Four sizes, each in a suction or a pressure version, plus the ECO entry-level cabinet. The four digits give roughly the width and the depth of the blast chamber in decimetres. Give us the dimensions of your part and we will point you to the right model.
Phibo ONE 0907
The smallest of the four ONE sizes, adjustable in height
The frame adjusts in height from 1550 to 1870 mm. The operator works seated or standing, at his own height, which counts during long blasting sessions. The blast chamber measures 910 x 700 x 965 mm and the abrasive stays in circulation through the cyclone.
- Blast chamber 910 x 700 x 965 mm

Recovery and filtration
Where the abrasive and the dust end up
The abrasive stays in circulation, the dust goes to the filter. The view inside the cabinet stays clear, and the cleaned air returns to the workshop.
The cyclone separates 90 per cent
The recovery and recycling unit cleans the extracted abrasive by centrifugal action. Broken-down abrasive, dust and other impurities go to the filter, the cleaned abrasive to a buffer silo.
Back into circuit
From the buffer silo the abrasive goes to the interchangeable collector in the suction version, or to the removable blast pot in the pressure version. Blasting results stay reproducible over time.
Filters that clean themselves
A cartridge filter captures the dust from the extracted air in cylindrical cartridges and cleans them itself with compressed air pulses, after which the dust falls into a removable container. The cartridges are made of antistatic material. You set the interval between two injections and the pulse time to the type of dust.
Dust emission below 5 mg/m³
In most cases even below 1.5 mg/m³. The cleaned air can therefore be returned to the workshop without difficulty.
A version without a cyclone
The cartridge filters also exist in a version without a cyclone. The cyclone can be added later.
The filter unit
Two cartridge filters, chosen on the extraction rate
The Phibo F1500 pulls 1500 m³/h at 0.87 kW with 12 m² of filter surface, the Phibo F3100 pulls 3100 m³/h at 2.20 kW with 64 m². Which unit belongs with your cabinet is something we settle in the proposal, together with the layout.

Layout
Compact or separated, you choose to suit your floor space
The cabinet and the recycling unit with the filter form one modular whole. Tell us how much floor space you have and we will draw the layout into the proposal.
Compact layout
The filtration and recovery unit stands against the cabinet. One block, minimum floor space.
Separated layout
The unit stands away from the cabinet, connected by the extraction duct. For anyone who wants the area around the cabinet clear.
Options
What you add, and what it does
Every PRO-impact cabinet can be extended with the options below, from an acoustic kit that cuts the noise level by around 10 dB(A) to a magnetic separator that keeps iron particles out of the abrasive. The PRO 0806/2 has its own option list.

Every option, and what it does
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Manual turntable | The part turns inside the cabinet, so you do not have to take it out to reposition it. |
| Acoustic kit | An acoustic housing on top of the cabinet encloses the intake openings, and a silencer on the fan outlet absorbs the fan noise. Together they cut the noise level during blasting by around 10 dB(A). Ask us for the sound pressure level of the cabinet size and version you are considering. |
| Magnetic separator | A magnetic grid in the silo of the recycling unit holds back iron particles, so they do not contaminate your blasted parts. 14,000 Gauss, removes microparticles from 30 µ and sometimes stainless steel particles. Holder in stainless steel 304, maintenance free. |
| External loading table with turntable | Funnel-shaped loading table with a turntable on a trolley, movable on rails. For loading heavy or complex parts. The funnel catches abrasive that slides off, so it can be recycled and nothing ends up on the floor. |
| Venturi blow gun | Adjustable air flow with progressive grip control. Air consumption 200 l/min at 4 bar, blowing volume 6,600 l/min, noise level around 45 dB(A). |
| Lateral openings in the door or cabinet wall | For long parts such as tubes and profiles. Available in around 200 x 200 mm or 400 x 400 mm, closed by a hatch and two rows of rubber curtains. |
| Second lateral door on the left | Access from both sides of the cabinet. |
| Frontal door opening | Instead of the lateral door. Opens across the full width and height, with two gas struts and a door safety switch. |
| Additional abrasive vessels | To switch quickly between different abrasives. Suction version only. |
| Abrasive filling funnel | For refilling the silo of the recycling unit. |
| Pneumatic hour meter | Counts the running hours of the installation. |
Swipe the table to the left to see all columns.
Every option comes from the technical data sheet of the PRO-impact cabinets. The PRO 0806/2 has its own option list, in its table above.
Special versions
From hand blasting to an automated cycle
If no standard size fits, a version to measure is possible. A hand blast cabinet can also be automated.

What an automated version can carry: wheels to move the machine, a rotating turntable, oscillation systems for the blast guns, an automatic drum for batch treatment and conveying systems.
Consumables
Which abrasive runs inside a blast cabinet
In a closed cabinet with recovery the abrasive goes round the circuit many times. The cabinets are used for glass bead blasting, aluminium oxide blasting, shot peening and paint stripping, with abrasives that stand up to that, among them glass beads, ceramic beads and aluminium oxide.
From our own warehouse
We keep abrasives, spare parts and protective equipment in stock, so you order them from the same partner as the installation.
- Glass beads and ceramic beads
- Aluminium oxide and blasting grit
- Plastic media and walnut shell
- Blasting gloves and viewing windows
