Without contact details, however, we cannot handle your question or quote request, and without order and billing data, we cannot perform a contract.

B2B prospecting

Phibo Industries is a B2B company. We sometimes contact professionals by email, phone, or LinkedIn when we reasonably believe their company may benefit from our solutions. For this, we only use business data: name, job title, company, and business contact details.

This data comes from public sources, such as company websites, LinkedIn, and the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, and from specialized providers of company data. If you visited our website after accepting marketing cookies, that visit may also be recognized at the company level (see the Cookie Policy).

We rely on our legitimate interest in making our offering known to companies for which it is relevant. Every message states who we are, where we obtained your data, and a link to this privacy policy, and you can always let us know that you no longer wish to be contacted. We will then add you to a suppression list and will not contact you again.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we only use your email address to send it to you. Our emails contain a small tracking pixel that shows whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us improve our newsletter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, you will not receive anything further.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell or rent your data. We only share it where necessary with:

  • processors working on our behalf, such as the developer and host of our website, our IT and email provider, our CRM and email marketing tools, and the providers of the cookies listed in the Cookie Policy. We make the necessary agreements with them so that they process your data only on our behalf and securely;
  • partners involved in fulfilling your order, such as carriers, installers, and the manufacturer of a machine, where needed for delivery, warranty or service;
  • advisors and authorities, such as our accountant, lawyers, insurers, and competent authorities, where required by law or to defend our rights.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers, such as Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case, we only work with parties that provide an adequate level of protection: companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
