Mobile blasting systems
Portable blasting equipment on site
Portable blasting equipment is a blasting set on wheels that you take to the workpiece instead of taking the workpiece to a blast cabinet. We supply three: the MCS² for air-gumming, the MVS² for dust-free detail work and the VACU-impact line for heavier work in a closed circuit.
- MCS² and MVS²: blasting unit, compressor and aftercooler as one set
- Moved by a single person, through an ordinary doorway
- Own compressor on those two sets, or your own compressed air
- EC declaration of conformity on the MCS² and the MVS²

Three systems
Which portable blasting equipment suits your work
The difference is the pressure, the size of the job and what comes with the set. Low pressure stripping, also called air-gumming, is gentle on the substrate. The MVS² is the smallest machine, for detail work of a few square metres. The five heavier machines go up to 48 litres of abrasive and 60 metres of hose.

MCS² blasting and stripping
Low pressure stripping, with a 55 litre vessel and an 8 metre hose. For facades, natural stone, wood, cast iron and graffiti.

MVS² dust-free blasting
Micro blasting in a closed circuit, with a 10 litre hopper and three brushes. For graffiti, glass, natural stone and weld discolouration on stainless steel.

Closed circuit blasting
Five heavier machines, from 9 to 48 litres, with hose runs up to 60 metres. For large surfaces, tanks, silos and steel structures. You supply the compressed air yourself.

Blasting without dismantling the part or taking it to a cabinet
Not every part fits in a cabinet, and not every part can leave production. A mobile installation treats it where it stands.
Fits into a small van
Blasting unit, compressor and aftercooler travel together. You need neither a trailer nor a truck.
One person is enough
Everything is on wheels and has a handle. The set passes through an ordinary doorway, so indoor work is easy too.
Works without a mains connection too
On the MCS² and the MVS² the compressor runs on its own engine, up to 1,300 litres per minute. The closed circuit machines connect to your own compressed air. On a site without power you simply carry on.

What is included
What is in the MCS² set and in the MVS² set
On these two systems the compressor is part of the set, so you carry on working on a site without a connection. Both sets are delivered as one assembled whole, with an EC declaration of conformity.
The blasting unit
With sieve and lid, a pressure regulator and the controls built into the nozzle holder.
The compressor
Screw compressor with a petrol or diesel engine of your choice, up to 1,300 l/min; with the petrol engine 15.5 kW and 76 dB(A).
The aftercooler
External, for condensate free compressed air, with the connecting lines permanently fitted.
Hoses and protection
Blasting hose, air hose with safety couplings, and visual and hearing protection.
Consumables
Which grain runs through the MCS² and the MVS²
In low pressure stripping and with the MVS² the choice of abrasive weighs as much as the machine itself. Fine grains up to 250 microns are there for soft substrates, coarser grains for paint and for harder surfaces. The media we supply contain no free silica.
From our own warehouse
- Corundum, glass beads and ceramic beads
- Softer media for natural stone and wood
- Advice on your substrate and your contamination: rust, mill scale, paint
- From our own stock, in the usual pack sizes
Your installation keeps running
A mobile installation works outdoors, on changing sites. Dust, damp and transport call for a fixed inspection.

Maintenance
Preventive maintenance in our workshop or at your site. After every service your settings and consumption are reviewed.

Spare parts
Blast pots, hoses, guns, rubber flaps and filter cartridges from stock. Non-standard parts we make ourselves.

Revision and retrofitting
Modernise an existing installation or convert it to a new process. Revised second-hand installations too.

Training
Hands-on training at commissioning, standard with SublimotionProcess® and on request with the other installations. When staff change, we repeat it to suit your team.
More about this serviceWe call you and go through your application
Tell us what you are treating and where it stands. A proposal with the right system and the right abrasive follows after that. Fill in the form below.
- What you are blasting, and how large the surface is
- The contamination by name: rust, coating, mill scale, deposit
- Where the work stands, and what compressed air is available there
