Speed up cleaning by adding cleaners and additives to your wet blasting installations, your industrial parts washers and your ultrasonic baths. Phibo also supplies the Blackfast blacking fluids for treatment by immersion, and the black paste for local repair.

Choose your cleaner
Oil, grease, cutting fluid, chips and deposits: every contamination asks for a different product. A minimum order quantity applies to all products.
Corrosion inhibiting cleaner V95²
Powerful cleaning, removes all kinds of greasy contamination. Strongly corrosion inhibiting and bacteriostatic. For the intermediate treatment of metal and plastic parts, also by hand. Packaging: 20 l, 250 l or 1000 l (IBC). A variant without hazard symbols is available.
Foam suppressor FS3
Works in cold and in warm water. Long lifespan in the bath, low viscosity. Prevents foaming in baths with strong circulation. Packaging: HDPE can of 5 litres.
Disinfectant B02
Inhibits bacteria and other living organisms, wide operating spectrum. Biodegradable, odourless, colourless and non foaming. Not classified as hazardous under CLP regulation 1272/2008. Packaging: HDPE can of 25 litres.
Ultrasonic cleaner V70
Supports the cavitation process in the ultrasonic machine. Raises the cleaning power for efficient removal of contamination. Packaging: 20 l, 250 l or 1000 l (IBC).
Blackfast blacking fluids
Immersion line: degreaser and conditioner. Blacking liquid and dewatering oil. For blacking steel at ambient temperature. Packaging: HDPE can of 25 litres.
Black paste
For local blacking and touching up machined zones. Applied by hand, without a bath. Packaging: bucket of 5 kg.

Adding to the bath
The dosage depends on the nature of the contamination, the bath temperature and the volume of your installation. Send us your machine type, bath contents and the type of contamination, and we determine the right combination of cleaner and additive with you.
