Our approach
From first contact to commissioning
The approach of Phibo Industries has six steps: exploratory meeting, project and feasibility study, project planning, delivery with acceptance tests, commissioning with training on request, and follow-up. A standard installation from the range and a custom installation go through the same six steps.
- Acceptance tests before shipment, with your signature on the condition of the installation
- Assembly, connection and commissioning at your site
- On request, training of your operators during commissioning
- Manuals in English, translated into your language, with certificates and declaration of conformity

The six steps
At any moment you know where your project stands, what comes next and what it costs.
Exploratory meeting
We look at your situation. Which parts do you clean or blast, with what soiling (oil, grease, cutting fluid, chips, soil), at what rate, and how do you work today? The technical and economic feasibility is assessed as well.
Project and feasibility study
We establish which technique suits your application and the result you are after. The proposal follows from that, with full specifications down to the connection values.
Project planning
The project is divided into phases, each with an estimate of time and budget. So you know what happens when.
Delivery and acceptance
As soon as your installation is ready, technical delivery takes place with acceptance tests in our workshop. You accept the condition of the installation before it leaves.
Implementation, commissioning and training
The installation is assembled, connected and commissioned at your site, together with your technical managers and operators. On request they are trained straight away, and the manuals and certificates are handed over and explained.
Follow-up and evaluation
We contact you afterwards to hear how the installation is running, so adjustments can be made in time. Our maintenance service remains your point of contact.
After delivery
Service and maintenance contract
The six steps do not stop at commissioning. What comes after is arranged with the same party.
Maintenance by our own technicians
The same people who assembled and commissioned your installation come to service it.
Spare parts from our own warehouse
Maintenance, repair and spare parts are arranged directly with Phibo.
Consumables from stock
Blasting media, cleaners, additives and protective equipment, matched to your installation.
Training when it suits you
New operators or a refresher: training remains available later on.
What we apply this approach to
Standard from the range, or custom-made when no standard machine fits.
We call you and go through your application
Tell us which parts you clean, blast or have blacked, and what soiling you are dealing with. Phibo calls you and goes through your application before a proposal is made.
