Personal protective equipment
Phibo PH-P with a panoramic lens, Phibo PH-R with a rectangular lens. For each helmet the exploded view and every part with its order reference.
A sandblasting helmet, or blast helmet, is an air-fed helmet that protects the operator's head, face, eyes and ears against rebounding abrasive and dust during blasting.
The difference is the lens: panoramic for a wide field of view, rectangular with three layers. Which helmet do you have? A panoramic lens is the PH-P, a rectangular lens frame the PH-R. Not sure? Send a photo via WhatsApp. Replacing a lens or part? Give the order reference from the table.

The compressed air from the compressor first passes the breathing air filter Phibo AF4. It removes oil mist, water vapour and dust down to 0.5 µm, for up to four operators at once.
A breathing air hose of 10 or 20 m with a safety quick coupling takes the air to the operator.
On the belt sits the flow regulator, or a climate unit CL19 or CL15 Duo. From there the breathing hose runs to the helmet.

The filter does not remove carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide. Place the compressor intake in clean air.
A panoramic lens gives a wider field of view. The helmet with a rectangular lens frame uses an inner, intermediate and tear-off lens; the helmet with a panoramic lens uses an inner and a tear-off lens.
Yes. The supplied breathing air is adjusted with the control valve on the helmet, and both helmets can be fitted with a climate control unit that cools or heats the air.
A sandblasting helmet is personal protective equipment and must carry the CE marking. Continuous-flow air-fed blast helmets are generally tested to EN 14594, and the supplied air must meet EN 12021.
