At Phibo you not only buy machinery and equipment for surface treatment but also know-how & long-term support.

After the purchase, the technical delivery and acceptance follows. Hereby your installation is connected and tested for approval before shipment to your production location. This is followed by the assembly & commissioning. At that moment you (and/or your operators) receive practical training on the operation and management of your installation. We also actively monitor your project after commissioning. In this way you retain a maximum return. Our maintenance service is always ready to go and flexible. Every surface treatment installation can be supplied with compatible spare parts thanks to our extensive range of spare parts. We also breathe new life into totally outdated installations thanks to the revision and retrofitting.

Maintenance

Avoid unexpected disruptions, unnecessary production downtime and frustrations. Opt for regular maintenance of your blasting & cleaning machine(s) and avoid high repair costs.

Spare parts, consumables and personal protective equipment

In our warehouse we have a large stock of spare parts, blasting media, cleaners and additives, tapes, personal protective equipment, measuring and verification devices, etc.

Revision & retrofitting of machinery

Do you wish to modernize or convert an existing blasting or cleaning machine? Our installations are designed according to a modular design in order to easily change existing configurations.

Subcontracting

Do you wish to outsource the cleaning/treatment of components? We are happy to help you in the context of well-defined projects. Different finishings are possible: roughening, pearl blasting, matting, sublimating, cleaning & degreasing and others.

Feasibility study

Our lab is equipped with various blasting installation(s) and cleaning machine(s) for conducting tests and feasibility studies. Each research is split into different phases that we discuss together.

Training

During commissioning you will enjoy a hands-on training on the operation and management of your blasting and cleaning machine(s). We provide tips & tricks for a lasting maximal return.
