Our wet blasting installations are used for cleaning and removing various contaminations. A typical application is the simultaneous degreasing and cleaning of contaminated workpieces.
Both paint, rust and chemical deposits can be removed in 1 action. Depending on your objective, the paint layer is completely or partially removed (only loose and flaky paint). You can also matt old paint layers before overpainting. Pipelines and similar parts can also be treated with the wet blasting technique.
All kinds of metals (steel, copper, bronze, aluminum) can be treated in a highly controlled manner without affecting the structure. Even complex assemblies are cleaned without the complete dismantling being necessary.
Turbine blades, turbine engines, turbine cladding, ... are usually water-blasted.
We offer various standard wet blasting installations for professional use: small and compact wet blasting cabins (AQUA 0806 and AQUA 1313) and large platforms (AQUA 3000).
