Mobile blasting systems
Portable blasting equipment is a blasting set on wheels that you take to the workpiece instead of taking the workpiece to a blast cabinet. We supply three: the MCS² for air gumming, the MVS² for dust free detail work and the VACU-impact line for heavier work in a closed circuit.

Three systems
The difference is the pressure, the size of the job and what comes with the set. Low pressure stripping, also called air gumming, is gentle on the substrate. The MVS² is the smallest machine, for detail work of a few square metres. The five heavier machines go up to 48 litres of abrasive and 60 metres of hose.

Low pressure stripping, with a 55 litre vessel and an 8 metre hose. For facades, natural stone, wood, cast iron and graffiti.

Micro blasting in a closed circuit, with a 10 litre hopper and three brushes. For graffiti, glass, natural stone and weld discolouration on stainless steel.

Five heavier machines, from 9 to 48 litres, with hose runs up to 60 metres. For large surfaces, tanks, silos and steel structures. You supply the compressed air yourself.

Not every part fits in a cabinet, and not every part can leave production. A mobile installation treats it where it stands.
Blasting unit, compressor and aftercooler travel together. You need neither a trailer nor a truck.
Everything is on wheels and has a handle. The set passes through an ordinary doorway, so indoor work is easy too.
On the MCS² and the MVS² the compressor runs on its own engine, up to 1,300 litres per minute. The closed circuit machines connect to your own compressed air. On a site without power you simply carry on.

On these two systems the compressor is part of the set, so you carry on working on a site without a connection. Both sets are delivered as one assembled whole, with an EC declaration of conformity.
With sieve and lid, a pressure regulator and the controls built into the nozzle holder.
Screw compressor with its own engine, up to 1,300 l/min, 15.5 kW and 76 dB(A).
External, for condensate free compressed air, with the connecting lines permanently fitted.
Blasting hose, air hose with safety couplings, and visual and hearing protection.
Consumables
In low pressure stripping and with the MVS² the choice of abrasive weighs as much as the machine itself. Fine grains up to 250 microns are there for soft substrates, coarser grains for paint and for harder surfaces. The media we supply contain no free silica.
Service
A mobile installation works outdoors, on changing sites. Dust, damp and transport call for a fixed inspection.
You have your installation checked by our own technicians, with no intermediary. You set out the visits in the contract.
Maintenance, repair and spare parts you arrange directly with Phibo. Nozzles, brushes, hoses and filter cartridges are in our own stock.
We show your people how to match the pressure, the abrasive and the brush to the job in front of them.
Tell us what you are treating and where it stands. A proposal with the right system and the right abrasive follows after that.
Request
Three things are enough for us to price it. The less you have to look up, the sooner the proposal is with you.
