Our approach

Every project deserves a personalized approach. Both standard projects and customized projects are handled with care.

 Exploratory meeting
We look at your specific situation. What do you wish? How do you wish to achieve this? Which restrictions do we take into account? And how do you work on today? The technical and economic feasibility of the project is also evaluated.

 Project and feasibility study
After the preliminary study, we start a project and feasibility study. Various tests are performed in our lab. In this way we propose the most suitable technology in function of your application and intended result.

 Elaboration
The project is divided into different phases, each with an estimate of time and budget.

 Delivery and acceptance
As soon as your installation is finished, the technical delivery with corresponding acceptance tests takes place (in the workshop in Ronse). Here you accept the condition of the installation before shipment to your operating location where commissioning follows.

 Implementation, commissioning and training
The installation is assembled, connected and commissioned in your workshop in the presence of your technical managers and operators. At that time a training takes place regarding specific use, operation, maintenance and management of the installations and consumables. The accompanying manuals, certificates and other documents are also handed over and explained.

 Follow-up and evaluation
Our internal product and project engineering department will regularly contact you for evaluation. We like to listen to the state of affairs. This way, adjustments and/or advice can be given in a timely manner. Our maintenance service is always ready to go. That way you don't have to worry and enjoy a maximal return in the long run.
